Terms & Conditions

Placing an order is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. We will confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. If an item turns out to be out of stock, we will tell you and either suggest an alternative or cancel that item.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. We try to keep prices accurate, but if an item is listed at the wrong price we will contact you before dispatching and you can choose whether to go ahead.

Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is running and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.

We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Please have the correct amount ready where possible.

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 10,000; below that, a delivery charge applies and will be confirmed when we confirm your order.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. We will give you an estimate when confirming, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, broken or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Because crockery is fragile, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery.

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched — just message us. Once an order is with the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on screen, and sizes may vary a little between batches. If a product is not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
