Privacy Policy

We only ask for what we need to get an order to you. When you place an order, that is your name, delivery address and phone number. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we also keep that conversation so we can help you.

We do not ask for card or bank details on this website. All orders are cash on delivery, so payment happens in person with the courier.

• To prepare, pack and deliver your order.
• To contact you about that order if something needs confirming.
• To answer questions you send us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your order, because they cannot deliver without it. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there if you close the tab and come back. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order. You can clear it by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our own accounts and to handle any problem with a delivery. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will sort it out.
